You can assign a driver right after the order is confirmed in your personal account.

If you don’t assign a driver before the deadline, the order might get canceled without any compensation to you — even if the free cancellation period is over.
We recommend assigning a driver as early as possible so the client feels confident about the service. You can always change the driver later if needed.
