   5.2. Supplier Responsibilities

   5.2.1. The  Supplier bears the responsibility for the activity 

- of the employees and advisors 

- the third party’s attracted to provide Transfer Services just as they were its own.

     5.2.2. The Supplier must pay the compensation, penalty, and refund according to the terms of Service Level Agreement  

The terms and time of payments are determined in Appendix 1 of this Agreement.
     5.2.3. The Supplier has the responsibility for the information in the Supplier’s account specified by the Supplier, such as prices, availability of cars,and conditions of vehicles, etc.

 Every booking, order, service, and support for Clients and Intui shall be executed according to the information, and details in the Supplier’s account specified by the Supplier.
