     5. Scheduled performing order.

5.1. The Supplier shall assign a driver for each private transfer order, with the exception of Meeting at Counter type of service:
- no later than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time if the order was placed more than 12 hours before the transfer;
- within 1 hour if the order was placed less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer.

5.2. The Supplier shall appoint an exact pick-up time for each shuttle transfer order for transfer to the airport, railway station, port, etc. (from point to the hub), with the exception of Meeting at Counter type of service:
- no later than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time if the order was placed more than 12 hours before the transfer;
- within 1 hour if the order was placed less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer.
The provisions of these terms do not apply to a shuttle transfer order for transfer from the airport, railway station, port, etc. (from the hub).

5.3. The Supplier shall assign a driver and send a SMS to the client for each No Meet and Great type of service order:
- no later than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time if the order was placed more than 12 hours before the transfer;
- within 1 hour if the order was placed less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer.

5.4. If the Supplier’s service description includes a “Flight delayed — we wait (hours)” value, the Supplier must monitor the passenger’s flight for transfer bookings originating from an airport or other transport hub. If the flight is delayed, the Supplier must move the pick-up time in line with the flight’s new arrival time up to the Supplier’s Flight Delay Waiting Time. If the flight delay exceeds the Flight Delay Waiting Time, the Supplier is not obliged to wait beyond that time.
