2. Services Level Agreement. Basic plan.
2.1. Requirements for vehicles and drivers
- Vehicles must be in excellent aesthetic condition, clean, and have no traces of cigarette or other unpleasant odors.
- Vehicles must be in excellent mechanical condition, seatbelts must be fully functional and available to all passengers, and air conditioning/heating systems must work properly.
Please note: in the event of a customer claim of this type, Supplier must be able to present a valid local vehicle technical inspection certificate upon request to confirm compliance and roadworthiness.
- Drivers must be appropriately dressed. Flip-flops, athletic wear, and overly casual clothing are not permitted. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Definitions and requirements per class of vehicles
Economy Class: Shared vehicles or licensed taxis; maximum vehicle age of 15 years. (sedan 7, minivan 10, minibus or bus 15 years)
Standard Class: Private vehicles exclusively assigned to the customer with the type of meeting Meet&Greet or Meeting at Counter; maximum vehicle age of 15 years (sedan 7, minivan 10, minibus or bus 15 years)
Business Class: Private, premium vehicles; maximum vehicle age of 10 years (sedan 5, minivan 7, minibus or bus 10 years). The service includes luggage assistance, a Meet & Greet, and a driver in formal attire. Complimentary bottled water is encouraged.
Luxury Class: High-end private vehicles; maximum vehicle age of 7 years (sedan 3, minivan 5, minibus or bus 7 years). Service includes luggage assistance, Meet & Greet, and driver in formal attire. Complimentary bottled water required.
2.2. Personal Data of the Clients.
The Supplier can use the personal data of the clients only for executing fulfill the order .
Prohibited to send any message or information not relevant to the order, including the promotion of another service of the supplier or other party.
Responsibility of the Supplier.
Indemnity to Intui the Client’s requirements;
AND
If the Client cancels the order or refuses to use the Transfer services due to receiving from the Supplier information not relevant to the order, such situations are recognized as “Transfer has failed”. The Supplier's responsibility according to p.p.2.5. this SLA
