2.6. Scheduled performing order.


       The Supplier is obliged to provide the information in advance according to the p.5 of the Regulations. 
- for a private transfer about the driver (name/ phone number);
- for a Shuttle type transfer - send the exact pick-up time.
       
       Responsibility of the Supplier. 

     A. Customer refused to use the Transfer services or couldn’t find the driver or be present at the pickup. Such cases are recognized as “Transfer service is failed”. 

   The Supplier's Responsibilities and Exceptions according to the p.p. 2.5. this SLA     

     B. Customer uses the Transfer services, such cases are recognized as “Performing an improper transfer service”.

   The Supplier's Responsibilities and Exceptions according to the p.p. 2.7. this SLA

    С. If the Customer cancels such an order No payment for this order, including the penalty for the client, even if the free cancellation period has expired.
