Intui makes efforts to select the best offers for the marketplace customers and there are certain criteria which transport companies should meet in order to sell transfers on Intui’s marketplace:
✓ To have a valid license to provide ride services to passengers
✓ To have experience in tourist/airport transfer services
✓ To have a fleet of not less than 3 vehicles which are not older than 5 years each (no individuals with one vehicle)
✓ Vehicles must meet safety and quality standards applicable in the area of providing services
✓ The company must meet applicable local law requirements to legally operate in the area of providing passenger transportation services
✓ To have a valid civil liability (third party) insurance policy/contract covering compensation for damage to property, life and health of passengers
✓ To be available for communication by phone, e-mail, messengers and must assign a responsible person available 24/7 to handle urgent operational issues
✓ To have basic English speaking drivers
✓ To assign a driver to each particular order
✓ To assign the Debit / Credit card to profile in order to comply with the Agreement for Transport Companies Apendix 1 - General - 2.12 and to secure settlement of the claims resolved in favor of the customers, only if the balance on the company account is insufficient to cover financial claims of customers. (Assigning the Debit / Credit card to profile is absolutely secure and with no extra charge, we do not collect and store information about your Debit / Credit card, the data is processed by the Revolut bank (United Kingdom) processing center only. Upon assigning the Debit / Credit card NO amount is held or charged from the Debit / Credit card. The Debit / Credit card in profile is not for payments from Intui to your company for the transfer services. Only Visa or Master Card can be assigned.)
