We have recently added a new booking setting for vehicles: “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” and you can now set it for each of your vehicles in your profile https://fleet.intui.travel/en/cars/
What this setting is for: this setting is aimed to increase sales of your transfers by meeting one of the requirements of our major buyers, travel agencies, tour operators - to reserve a vehicle for a certain date and time, discuss it with their clients and later make orders with the fixed price.
How this setting works: when the “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” is set, for example to 4320 minutes (72 hours), this allow for a major buyers, travel agencies or tour operators adds a vehicle to the basket/cart, then for 4320 minutes (72 hours) this vehicle is reserved with fixed price for this partner-buyer.
We recommend setting the value of the “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” to 72 hours or more.

Where to find this setting: this setting is located right under the Meeting Instructions and Booking settings on each of your vehicle pages.Important note: If you set MAX NUMBER OF CARS OF THAT MODEL IN YOUR PARK less than 2 on the vehicle page then during period when the vehicles are in the basket/cart they will NOT be available for booking by the other customers for the same date & time of ride.
How to change this setting: by default all available vehicles in your account now have “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” set to 30 minutes. All newly added vehicles will have this setting set to 4320 minutes = 72 hours.
