Why do you need to set “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” to 72 hours or more?

You need to set “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” on each of your vehicle page https://fleet.intui.travel/en/cars/ because with this setting set to 72 hours or more you can make your offers more attractive to our major buyers, travel agencies, tour operators by giving them flexible and demanded option - to reserve a vehicle for a certain date and time, discuss it with their clients and later make orders with the fixed price and thus increasing sales of your transfers.

The booking setting “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” is aimed to support our new feature for our major buyers, travel agencies, tour operators - adding vehicles with fixed prices to their basket/cart. With this feature our partner-buyers can now select and add to their basket/cart several vehicles, discuss options with their clients and later make orders with the fixed prices. 

Preferences are given to the offers with “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” set 72 hours or more, the longer “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” is set, the more time our partner-buyers have for their clients to make travel arrangements and more convenient and flexible this is for them.

When the “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” is set to 4320 minutes (72 hours), and a major buyer, travel agency or tour operator adds a vehicle to the basket/cart, then for 4320 minutes (72 hours) this vehicle is reserved with fixed price for this partner-buyer.

Important note: If you set MAX NUMBER OF CARS OF THAT MODEL IN YOUR PARK less than 2 on the vehicle page then during period when the vehicles are in the basket/cart they will NOT be available for booking by the other customers for the same date & time of ride.

By default all available vehicles in your account now have “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” set to 30 minutes. All newly added vehicles will have this setting set to 4320 minutes = 72 hours. 

You can change “Vehicle can be reserved for booking with prices fixed for period of” We recommended setting the value 72 hours or more on each vehicle page https://fleet.intui.travel/en/cars/.
