Do I have the right to cancel an order if I am not satisfied with the price?
The price per order is based on the prices that you specified on your account in Intui system. You have to accept the order and provide the transfer service. If your company's prices have changed, you must update your account information. Intui may issue a penalty for the declination of the order. Do I have the right to refuse to accept the order if all my vehicles are booked?
There is a calendar of vehicle's unavailability in a transport company's account. You have to indicate when and which vehicles is not available for booking on Intui. If you did not do this and you received an order for the date and time when all your vehicles are unavailable, you have to accept the order and provide the transfer service. You can involve a third party (your partners) to complete the order. If you do not accept the order or don't provide the transfer, your company will have to pay a penalty.
