If you use API in to provide the service, we recommend that you check and use API in logs. You may use API in logs to check your product, analyze and compare your prices, set up correct settings and fix the errors.
The ways you may use the API in logs are:
1. to check and fix the errors
In the Search Error Log, you may check the RQs as well as RSs, which contain errors, and fix them on your side.
2. to check and add the arrival Instructions
Check the arrival instruction in the Search All Log .
If you do not provide the arrival instructions, the customer will not be familiar with the pick up place. It is indispensable to send the arrival instruction via API, otherwise, the customer will leave a claim not finding a driver.
3. to check and correct the prices
If you receive many RQs, but not so many real bookings, it probably mean that you have set up incorrect prices.
You may check the prices in the Search All Log and correct them on your side in case it is needed.
4. to check and add the price for the child seats to the total price
In the Search All Log , check whether you include the price for the chils seats in the total price or not.
Using the API in Logs, you may set up the settings and receive the correct bookings.
