How to set up the pick-up time for transfer by Shuttle to the Airport?
For transfer by Shuttle to the Airport, you are to inform the customer about the exact pick-up time within 24 hours before the service date and time.
To set up and send to the customer the pick up time for transfer by Shuttle to the Airport, you need to:
1. Open the section "Orders" in your Personal Account by the following link: https://fleet.intui.travel/en/orders/
2. Find the order by it's reference number and open the order’s card.
3. Fill in the field "PICK UP DATE & TIME" with the exact pick-up time for transfer to the Airport:
4. Send the details to the customer by "Save and send the pick up time to the client":
Be informed that the Pick-up Time and Date can be set up and sent to the client only once. Be attentive sending the details to the customer!
5. Ready! The pick-up time and date are sent to the customer!
Note that sending the pick-up date and time to the customer is mandatory. In case you do not send the details, the customer may miss the transfer and may not be provided with the service!
